Security Deposit

A cash security deposit equivalent to 1 night’s rental is required to be paid to our villa manager on arrival. This can be paid in US$ or its equivalent in Thai baht. This deposit is held against any loss or damage to the villa or its contents. This security deposit is repayable on departure by the villa manager and after his final inspection.
